Coaching
If this is you…
You’re the one who always holds it together.
The one everyone turns to.
But behind the capable exterior, there’s a quiet ache.
A weariness that doesn’t go away just because you “know better.”
Maybe you’ve been high-functioning in survival mode for years.
Maybe you’ve tried mindset work, therapy, the to-do list of healing—but your body still feels like a stranger.
Maybe you’re not even sure what you feel anymore… just that it’s all too much, and not enough, at the same time.
If any of that sounds like you—
You’re not broken. You’re not too late. And you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Your body already knows the way home. It’s time to trust it.

Why This Work?
Why Me?
You don’t need another checklist for healing.
You need a place to land.
A space where the armor can fall away, the ache can speak its name, and no one has to perform strength to be worthy of being seen.
That’s the kind of space I hold.
I don’t offer a pre-packaged path—I offer presence.
I don’t shove people into healing formulas—I listen to the rhythm of your body, your story, your becoming.
This isn’t coaching from a pedestal—it’s coaching from the soil. From someone who has lived the freeze, the numbness, the shame. And chose to stay.
What makes me qualified?
Because I’ve done the work—and I keep doing it.
Because I know what it’s like to feel like too much and not enough in the same breath.
Because I’ve walked through trauma not just with textbooks, but with trembling hands and a wildly persistent heart.
I am trained in trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices.
But more than that—I embody them. These aren’t tools I hand you from a distance; they’re the languages I live and breathe.
I understand the nervous system not just intellectually, but viscerally.
I know what it’s like to live in a body that doesn’t always feel safe—and what it takes to come back home.
I’ve spent years as a teacher, a space-holder, and a witness to deep human truth.
That means I bring both soul and structure. Ritual and realness.
I know how to meet you where you are—without rushing, fixing, or asking you to bypass what hurts.
Why This Space Matters
The container I build is one of reverence.
It’s built for the soul-tired.
For the high-achieving, heart-weary women who have held it all together for too long—and who are ready to be held.
This is healing that doesn’t rush.
Transformation that’s rooted in choice.
Work that feels like exhale.
You’re not here to become someone else.
You’re here to remember who you were before the world told you to be small.
And I’m here to walk with you—not as a savior, but as a sacred witness—as you take that return.

Questions

Embodiment is the practice of gently reconnecting with your body as a place of wisdom, presence, and truth — not just something you “think about” or manage from the outside. For many women, especially after trauma, the body can feel like a place of numbness, disconnection, or even betrayal.
This work invites you to slowly return to your body with curiosity, tenderness, and reverence. By learning to notice sensations, emotions, and patterns, you begin to listen to what your body has been holding and saying all along. Healing happens not just in the mind, but in the body — because your body remembers, and it longs to become part of your wholeness again.
-
Coaching is not about “fixing” or rushing your healing — it’s about creating a safe, supportive space where you can gently return to yourself, explore the stories you carry, and begin embodying the sacred truth of who you are becoming. You can expect to feel more connected to your body, more attuned to your inner voice, and more empowered to move through life with presence and agency.
-
This work is not about reliving the past — it’s about gently meeting what your body and heart are ready to hold, here and now. Together, we move with care, consent, and reverence, honoring the pace your system chooses. Nothing is forced, nothing is rushed; every step is an invitation, never a demand. You hold the choice, always, and we walk only where there is readiness, trust, and the soft unfolding of what wants to emerge.
-
Coaching focuses on supporting you as you move forward — helping you reconnect with your body, explore your stories, and embody your becoming. It’s not a replacement for therapy, crisis support, or clinical mental health care. If you’re currently in acute distress or dealing with trauma that hasn’t yet been processed safely, I recommend working with a trauma-informed therapist before or alongside coaching. If you’re unsure, we can talk about it together during a discovery call.
-
This space is for women ready to explore healing after trauma, reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their voice, and gently step into the next chapter of their becoming. Whether you’re navigating self-doubt, disconnection, emotional numbness, or the longing to feel more alive and whole, we can shape the work to meet you where you are.
-
If you’re longing to reconnect with your body, explore your stories with curiosity, and reclaim a sense of wholeness, you are ready. Private coaching offers deep, personalized support, while group work offers shared connection and community. If you’re unsure which is the best fit, I offer free discovery calls to help you explore what’s right for you.
-
Absolutely not. This work meets you wherever you are, with no pressure to share beyond what feels right for you. Together, we co-create a space that honors your pace, your boundaries, and your needs. Your healing journey belongs to you, and you always have choice in what you bring into our sessions.
-
Life happens. For private coaching, we’ll do our best to reschedule if you give advance notice. For group coaching, replays will be available for a limited time if you can’t attend live — and you’re always welcome to reflect on the practices and prompts between sessions at your own pace.
-
Yes. I believe in making this work as accessible as possible. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots each cycle and flexible payment plans for private coaching. If cost is a concern, please reach out — I’m happy to explore options with you.
-
Because coaching is a time- and energy-based commitment, I do not offer refunds once a package has begun. That said, I know life can be unpredictable — if something major arises, please reach out so we can discuss options or adjust our schedule with care.
